Scheduling & Cancellation

I understand that things come up. To help me manage my schedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment.

Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, and a 10% fee applies to cancellations. If I have to cancel on my end, you will receive a full refund.

Emergency appointment cancellations and changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Please not that if you are intoxicated on arrival I have the right to cancel your appointment and you will not be refunded.

Refunds for card payments will return to the original account.

By booking a session or purchasing products/services from me, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service (Wellness Only)

Energy Healer Tamara provides holistic wellness and stress-reduction services only. These sessions do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Energy Healing is considered a complementary therapy and is intended to be used alongside not in place of conventional medical care or professional advice from a GP, Medical Doctor, or Consultant.

2. Medical Advice & Professional Care

I recommend that you continue any professional medical treatment you are currently receiving. You should seek advice from a licensed medical professional for any physical or mental health problems. Do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of information obtained from me, my website, or printed literature.

3. Limitation of Liability & Educational Purpose

My services and literature are for information and educational purposes only. I do not prescribe or dispense medication, nor do I suggest changing or stopping prescribed therapies. I shall not be held liable for any damages, health issues, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of information provided, or for any action taken based on my services.

4. Third-Party Material & Results

I cannot be held responsible for the loss, non-delivery, or misdirection of materials, information, or documentation handled by third parties (e.g., postal services, electronic communication systems).

5. Product & Service Advice

Any products or supplementary services mentioned should only be used after consulting a Professional Health Advisor, GP, or treating Physician.

6. Health Claims & Testimonials

I do not make specific health claims regarding the curing of disease in relation to any product or service offered. Any testimonials or client experiences are personal to that individual and are not a guarantee of similar results. I disclaim all liability for claims made by suppliers or manufacturers.

7. Consent, Registration & Confidentiality

By booking, you confirm you have read and understood this document. You will be asked to sign a registration form confirming your informed consent, acknowledging that you are receiving a wellness service voluntarily. All client information is treated as private and confidential.
